混凝土攪拌車設備在長時間的使用中難免會存在一定的故障問題，為了避免設備在使用中的良好性能，就需要我們對設備進行合理的維修才行。那么設備在維修過程中存在哪些需要注意的事項呢？下面小編為您解答。

1、攪拌筒：在初次使用到50小時時，要及時檢查罐體及其他部位螺栓是否有松動，每天行車前要檢查托輪與滾道的潤滑，每個月打開一次托輪護罩，清理內部的油污并添加潤滑油脂。

2、液壓驅動系統：液壓系統是攪拌車的核心系統。為保證攪拌車能正常工作，攪拌罐能運轉正常，須在每次車輛發動前檢查油路散熱器和減速機的液壓油位，保證油位指示在視窗范圍內。同時要保證它的清潔，不能讓灰塵等污染系統液壓油，造成系統不能正常工作或損壞。

2. Hydraulic drive system: the hydraulic system is the core system of the mixer. In order to ensure that the mixer truck can work normally and the mixing tank can operate normally, the hydraulic oil level of the oil radiator and reducer must be checked each time before the vehicle is started to ensure that the oil level indication is within the scope of the window. 3、供水系統：氣壓供水系統加水量好在水箱的四分之三處，經常檢查閥體是否堵塞或是否有工作異常。在有結冰可能的環境中使用時，供水系統須排空存水，防止管路凍裂。
