在生產混凝土時，混凝土攪拌車由于一整天在處于開機狀態，因此溫度多少度是正常的，如何科學的進行溫度檢測管理，這對生產工作來說非常重要。那么混凝土攪拌車的溫度如何進行管理？

施工環境的溫度檢測，每天在10點、14點、18點三個時間段進行觀測；對攪拌材料和防凍劑溫度的測量，每工作班不少于3次；對生產出混凝土至少3小時檢測一次；對灌筑前和振搗完畢的溫度，至少每2h測量一次。

對養護期間混凝土溫度的測量：在終凝前，前三天每2h測一次，以后每晝夜指數應進行2次。在超過養護期后，在環境發生變化時進行抽檢7.為了測量砼內部的溫度，應在澆灌砼時預埋一些一端封閉溫管中，并立即加以覆蓋，以免受外界氣溫影響，溫度計在管中指數停留5分鐘，然后取出，迅速記下溫度。

混凝土攪拌車廠家提醒，混凝土攪拌車的操作也應該是正確的，比如：混凝土攪拌車安裝平穩牢固，行走輪要離開地面，機座要高于地面；開機前電氣設備良好，空轉運行待機械運轉正常后，再加料攪拌；混凝土攪拌車操作中邊加料邊加水，不能加入料后再啟動。
